Important rectangular shield in braided basketry, enhanced with a polychrome decoration organized in a geometric manner. A median ridge constitutes the axis of symmetry of the painted ornament: two orange hexagons are dark background adorn the central part. They are accompanied by white and blue geometric lines. This register is between two sections painted in white and pale blue worked in succession of four alternating triangles.
On the reverse, the rectangular wooden handle is applied and held in place using four ties of plant fibers.
