Single-edged blade, chiseled on the back, signed on the base “LAGUIOLE L'ECLAIR” on one side and numbered “440” on the other side.
Stainless steel bolster.
Brown wooden rocket pads.
Guilloché spring.
Shape reminiscent of the Laguiole bee/fly.
