STYLUS with its sheath

Steel, silver, mother-of-pearl, tortoiseshell, leather and wood
Long. Height: 26 cm; L. of stylus: 25.3 cm
L. of blade: 15.2 cm – Width. at the heel: 1.8 cm

Single-edged and counter-edged steel blade, in its original polish, silver ring nut, ferrule and bolster engraved with floral and palmette motifs.
Rocket with sides, with twisted silver columns, mother-of-pearl, tortoiseshell and wood inserts.
Wooden scabbard covered with black leather, silver yoke and stud cut with palm leaves and incised with foliage motifs. Ring and chain.
Very good condition.
