The box is silver covered with green shagreen. The lid swings on a hinge.
The interior is compartmentalized to accommodate its elements:

• Pair of scissors with deployable rings, telescopic handle, ear pick/needle, ivory plates, two scalpels, silver compasses, spoon, needle, two-pronged fork, Roy's foot, mechanical pencil, thread guide.
• Complete with accessories.
