Eduardo Garcia Benito (aka Benito), Spanish illustrator, born in 1891 in Valladolid.
After studying at the Fine Arts of San-Fernando in Madrid, he obtained a scholarship from his hometown which allowed him to come to Paris in 1910.
In 1913 he worked for Tolmer, then, in 1916, for Draeger.
These two founders then represent French excellence in publishing between 1910 and 1950.
