Cast iron decorated on the upper part of a gilded brass plate entirely perforated with foliage scrolls. Among this vegetal decoration, two facing dogs standing on their hind legs, support a central coat of arms, yet the coat of arms AMR and the date 1745. This plate is held using four cast iron screws.
The hollow iron opens with a rear gate and closes with a latch. Its perimeter is animated by four grooves and its ribbed handle is made of wood, supported by two cylindrical and straight uprights.
