Everybody calls him William. Ever since he came to Paul Bert Serpette almost by chance, attracted by the noise, the agitation and the effervescence that all these beautiful objects aroused. Far from his Egypt and his training as an engineer, William started again from scratch in Paris where he landed at the end of the seventies. He knew only a few words of French but knew one thing: he wanted to make art his craft . Formed with an antique dealer of Paul Bert Serpette, he settled there thirty years ago and now counts among experts in Louis XIII salon, Napoleon III gildings and 18th century paintings.
