ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Diane Dorrans Saeks is the bestselling author of more than twenty-five design and interiors books, including Stamps & Stamps, Jean-Louis Deniot: Interiors, Ann Getty: Interior Style, and Michael S. Smith: Elements of Style. She is a noted lecturer on design and an instructor for UC Berkeley Extension and California College for the Arts. Saeks was a co-founding editor of Metropolitan Home and Garden Design, a contributing editor for PaperCity, C Magazine, and a correspondent for W and WWD.
David Jimenez is an interior designer from New York City who currently lives in Paris, where he has worked and studied for many years. He designs interiors for clients around the world and is currently collaborating with top French design companies, including Pierre Frey, to develop new fabrics and other products. His design work is regularly featured in such publications as Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Elle Decor, and The New York Times.
