It's been more than 25 years that Matthieu Monluc owns his gallery rue de Beaune, in the heart of the prestigious Carré Rive Gauche.
Today he chooses Paul Bert Serpette for the opening of his new antiques shop, "to be able to reach a more international clientele" he says.
In this new place, he wants to create "a different dynamic", in close collaboration with his brother, Romain Monluc, and a young antiques dealer, Jean-Eudes Julhiard.
You'll find this weekend on their booth :
- A dressing table in gilded bronze, Italy circa 1830 ;
- a stand in patinated bronze, France, circa 1950 ;
- a pair of vases in serpentine from mid -19th century ;
- a forged iron floor lamp, signed Serva, France, circa 1920 ;
- a sculpture in white marble representing Judith, second half of 19th century.
