By hosting the internationally renowned Steinitz gallery, Paul Bert Serpette continues to grow and confirms its position in the art market.
An unprecedented installation.
Paul Bert Serpette installs one of the pillars of the antique market: the prestigious Steinitz gallery. This name evokes the excellence of the 18th century furniture and the history of a large family of merchants, begun half a century ago with Bernard Steinitz "prince of the antiquaries" and of which Benjamin is today the worthy heir. This year, he is setting up his house in a sumptuous mansion on the courtyard, formerly the residence of Madame de Stael, at 6 rue Royale in Paris.
On his installation, Benjamin Steinitz tells us:
" Between Rue Royale and the big European fairs in which I participate, I have found the idea of a gallery at Paul Bert Serpette very attractive. Today, it is a must for collectors, art lovers and all professionals and actors of the art market. And here I find this extra soul, which can't be find anywhere else "
