Octagonal barrel, then round, rifled.
Reloading system with downward opening by checkered key, chiseled with scrolls.
Barrel marked with the French hallmark of Saint-Etienne from 1825 and serial numbered “664”.
Steel frame, marked on the underside "JAVELLE Mt ST ETIENNE Bte SGDG".
Dog with a checkered crest.
Trigger guard and trigger tang marked “664”.
One-piece walnut stock.
Perfect condition. Blue finish.
Wooden box covered in leather, with rivets and medallion on top, handle for carrying.
Red felt trim.
