Mercury-gilt bronze mount.
Pommel representing an antique plumed helmet.
Chiseled crossguard with a dog's head and a star surrounded by laurel branches in a cartouche; fluted at both ends.
Filigree rocket made of twisted, gilded brass wire.
Slightly curved cruiser cut with foliate motifs on one side and ending with a button on the other.
Engraved keyboard of two phoenixes with tails ending in arrowheads and of branch leaves; the underside is decorated with scales.
Straight double-edged blade, acid-etched with scrolls, bundles of arms and marked at the ricasso "SIMMONS BROs Cockspur S LONDON".
Leather tie.
Leather sheath.
Gilt brass cap, floral motif button.
Bouterole en suite.
Dragonne.
