Round barrel, rifled bore, marked "WILLIAMSON'S PAT. OCT. 2. 1866 NEW YORK" on the left side, serial numbered "3304" on the underside, engraved with an arrow on the top.
Half-moon shaped sight in nickel silver
Brass frame, chased with scrolling foliage, numbered "3304".
Pontet decorated in the same style.
Guilloché screw head.
Checkered walnut stock with a crow's beak shape.
Steel cartridge case known as a "last resort cartridge".
Model produced in 10,000 units.
