Candlestick in wrought iron sheet, "up and down" system.
Open cylindrical body of a "light" letting slide a thumb connected to the spring allowing a cup to mount the candle as it burns.
On the cylinder, traces of welding at the forge.
The bobèche which surmounts the cylinder is monoxyle with the gripping hook.
Circular base reinforced by a circular washer at the base of the cylinder and fixed by a square wrought iron nut.
Good condition, old patina of use, traces of "stings", object cleaned respecting the patina. See photos.
