Very beautiful and rare pair of black lacquered and brass bedside tables or end tables designed by Michel Pignères in the late 1970s. The contrast between the black lacquer and the polished brass elements is superb. A very chic and decorative pair, in the pure style of the 1970s, of a rare quality of manufacture. They have been entirely restored, relacquered, repolished, and are in a superb state of preservation.
