Large dining room set in worked and patinated bamboo in transparent greens, comprising a table with a glass top resting on two substantial, very stable legs, as well as 6 chairs and 2 armchairs…
Good condition but 3 small chips have been restored, but are visible on the edge of the tray.
An absolute embodiment of the relaxed chic of the 1970s and 1980s, this prestigious complete dining room set by McGuire San Francisco is a rare collector's item on the market.
The whole piece is distinguished by a remarkable craftsmanship in the bent and patinated bamboo.
The dining table consists of two imposing and graphic double legs supporting a generous oblong glass top.
It comes with its six chairs and two matching formal armchairs. Note: although the set is in good used condition, three small chips on the edge of the glass have been restored (visible in the detail photographs), which in no way detracts from the splendor and solidity of this magnificent piece of modernist design.
