Completely decorated with panels in Paesin stone, hard stone and lapis lazuli.
Paesines were usually cut as small panels and embedded as such in cabinets or small boxes. These panels made in Florence were highly appreciated in Europe and had particular favor in Tuscany especially at the time of Cosimo II.
