Superb 2-3 seater basket sofa in Louis XVI style.
Work of the 19th century, this sofa with a medallion back rests on fluted and tapered legs, typically Louis XVI.
This sofa describes pretty floral decorations and other acanthus leaves on the armrests in particular.
The upholstery has been redone in bluish velvet offering a little more relief and blending elegantly with the patina enhanced with a beautiful rechampi.
The height of the seat is 45cm.
