Very beautiful Venetian chest of drawers

Italy around 1780

Period yellow lacquer decorated with flowers.

Top painted in imitation of marble.

Lots of lacquer cracks, lots of wear and some repainting. Speckled with dust.

Some gaps, the front of the upper drawer is curved with vertical slits.

Horizontal slits on the right side as well as a vertical slit on the left side.

Wear and lack of paint on the tray.

Interior lined with old wallpaper.

Original pull buttons and locks. The keys are missing.
