Dimensions length 50cm x height 23cm x depth 12cm.

The visit to Antwerp Zoo inspired Villas to observe and draw the animals. From his studies on the spot, he began to work on his sculptures in his studio.
His personal style captures all the nuances of the different animals, both in their movement and in the textures of the fur. Patina and molding combine to create movement, tension and energy. The works of Patrick Villas are part of many collections across Europe and have received numerous commissions including a life-size Jaguar he created for the Royal Museum of Zoology in Antwerp.
