Description
Insignia of deputy to the Legislative Assembly instituted by decree of July 12, 1792, in chased bronze and gilded with mercury, the Tables of the Law enamelled white, marked in gold letters: "Droits de l'homme" and "Constitution" and posed in the center of a radiant sun; diameter 74mm.
Slight lack at the bottom left as well as two cracks in the enamel.
This insignia was worn as a saltire during the sessions where 745 deputies sat.
