Revolver with percussion system.

Round, rifled barrel, signed on the left side: “E. LEFAUCHEUX INV.r BREVETE”.

Round steel barrel decorated with scrolls, hallmarked with an “N” surmounted by a crown, “EL” surmounted by a crown and “ELG” in a circle representing the ordinary proof of a black powder weapon in Liège in Belgium.

Steel frame registered: “190586” on the left side and “5325” on the right side and stamped with a crowned “N”, decorated subsequently.

Retractable trigger tail.

Varnished wooden stock plate, registered: “32638”.
