DAGGER and its SCabbard called Wedung

Wood, horn, metal and pamor steel

(restoration)

Single-edged pamor steel blade, thick back and receding tip counter-curved from the edge towards the back, heel with cut-out right-angle projection, octagonal spindle in carved wood with silver-plated metal coping decorated with a frieze of foliage motifs.

Sheath made of two wooden blades garnished with three hemmed cord ligatures which enclose a long brown horn hook allowing it to be suspended from the belt.
