Garden vase in red Vallauris earth, enamels in muted tones and patterns reminiscent of oriental ceramics.

A graduate of the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Reims, Jean-Claude Malarmey joined his friend Robert Perot in Vallauris in 1954 to work for a time in the "Vieux Moulin" workshop before becoming independent in 1957.
