Brass frame.
Cap with a domed top, a ridge and a short tail.
Fusing covered with sheepskin with twisted brass wire with twenty-one turns.
Joining arch registered “14444”, with three secondary branches; control hallmarks.
Oval tray ending in a spout.
Steel blade with two hollow sides, dated “1882”; remains of marking.
Sheet steel scabbard with a bail ring, serial numbered “14444”, “09”; control hallmarks, lyre-shaped dart.
