Pair of first edition Gatto Grande lamps designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos in the early 1960s. They feature a painted metal frame and a diffuser made of cocoon resin sprayed directly onto the frame. Each cocoon resin lamp has a superb light beige patina, providing a warm presence even when unlit. They are in superb condition considering their age. Both lamps are signed inside and fully rewired.
