Straight single-edged steel blade shaped on the counter-edge, throat.
Chiseled silver ferrule.
Blackened wooden rocket carved in a grid pattern.
Pommel with oval yellow glass cabochon, chiseled silver cap.
Wooden scabbard covered in black leather, decorated with a coin.
Hallmarked silver cap and rivet.
In Scottish Gaelic, the term "sgian dubh" means "small knife." It is one of the attributes of officers of the Gordon Highlanders.
