Jacques Mongin knife, Facette Chasse model, French art cutlery founded in 1956.
Steel blade with a single cutting edge and a false edge, central ridge, tang; signed "COURTY PARIS" and marked on the heel with the cutler's mark.
Handle made of blond horn with facets.
Ring-locking system on the spring of the fin fitted onto the handle.
