These elegant Monsieur and Madame armchairs by André Arbus are sure to add a touch of French neoclassical chic to any room in your home. These chairs were typically placed in the living room, one for Madame and one for Monsieur. With a black metal frame, tapered legs, a slight saber shape at the back, bronze sabots, and rosettes at the front, these armchairs are wonderful examples of André Arbus's French neoclassicism. They have been fully restored and reupholstered in a light coral cotton velvet. The Madame armchair measures 60 cm wide x 66 cm deep x 83 cm high x 45 cm seat height, and the Monsieur armchair measures 60 cm wide x 62 cm deep x 89 cm high x 50 cm seat height.
