Fluted cylinder with five chambers, serial number "200049"; collective break extractor.
Closed frame, marked "S&W" on the right side.
Spur trigger.
Stock numbered "200049" on the underside.
Ebonite plates bearing the "S&W" logo on the sides.

Single-action operation.
98% nickel-plated finish.
