Cognac leather and lacquered steel

Very good condition

Four black lacquered steel legs cross under a low cabinet; seat and back cushions in cognac leather, backs tilting independently of each other to go from sofa to bench.

Paolo Piva, an architect trained in Venice, designed for B&B Italia from the 1970s onwards. The Alanda belongs to this collaboration, at a time when the manufacturer was looking for low seating with an exposed structure.

Very good condition. The sofa retains its black lacquered steel base and its original cognac leather.
