Straight brass guard with a single quillon.
Pads made of smooth leather discs.
Aluminium pommel with spout.
Leather sheath with belt loop, marked "CARVEL HALL".

According to MH Cole, this model was manufactured by the US Navy under the name "Shark No. 46-6" during World War II.
