Saturday June 6, 2015 from 8 pm to 1 am, the FOODING blew its 15 candles to Paul Bert Serpette! The culinary institution born on the outskirts of gastronomic well-thinking had naturally chosen to celebrate its anniversary in the heart of the Flea market in Paris Saint-Ouen, in the largest antique market in the world. 2,500 guests strolled through the market aisles, roamed in the open night stands for the occasion while enjoying the culinary inventions of the stars of the hand-picked ovens. 18 international chefs had invested the stands of Paul Bert Serpette for an unprecedented discovery of the new scene of international gastronomy in an exceptional place. Nancy Whang (DFA Records, LCD Soundsystem, The Juan MacLean), Philippe Zdar (Cassius, etc.) and Superpitcher provided the soundtrack for the event from my casserole terrace. Paul Bert Serpette thanks all the participants who made this evening an exceptional feast bringing together lovers of good taste!
