Round barrel, rifled bore, marked on top "COLT'S PT. FA MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. USA PATENTED AUG.5. 1884 NOV.6.88. MAR.5.95." and on the left side "COLT. DA 41."
Half-moon shaped handlebars.
Tilting cylinder with collective extractor, with six chambers.
Closed carcass, marked with the Colt foal.
Stock frame engraved "E33".
Bakelite tablets, marked "COLT" in an oval.
All items numbered "1000".
Later nickel-plated finish, slight play in the cylinder.
Single and double action operation.
