This knife has embossed silver decoration over its entire surface, whether it is the scabbard or the handle. The incision work is intended to be symmetrical and geometrically ordered in a floral composition. The distal end of the sheath is formerly broken.
The grip in the shape of a butt follows an elegant line, slightly curved upwards.
This tool with a substantial blade was worn on the belt and was used as a machete in carving wood and bamboo. Its precious ornament probably testifies to the important rank of its owner.
