Steel, brass and wood
LT: 35.5cm. Barrel length: 20cm. Cal.: 17mm
Twisted steel barrel, with short sides at the thunder, with on the internal part. Hallmark on the upper side; markings and numbering on the underside.
ANXIII model lock, converted to percussion, marked St Etienne Mfre Royale, and hallmarked with a fleur-de-lis. Brass bassinet.
Brass fittings, with the guard ending in a finial and two-band mouthpiece. They are hallmarked M and circled C.
Iron rod, nail head.
Walnut mount, with a mid-length barrel, forming a smooth handle flaring downwards, the left side is punched with five circles, and punch at the rear of the breech tail.
Ellipsoidal cap, in brass, decorated with three fleurs-de-lis.
The Saint-Etienne factory only produced 300 copies of this model.
The barrel was polished and re-blued in its time; old joint on the butt.
