Edma Morisot (Marie Edma Caroline Morisot) born December 13, 1839 in Valenciennes and died May 2, 1921 in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, is a French painter. She is an older sister of Berthe Morisot.
Edma Morisot's works are currently in private collections, in particular the portrait she made of her sister Berthe Morisot in 1865.
During her short years of creation, Edma Morisot produced landscapes and portraits. The landscapes are marked by the influence of Corot but are "already struck by the impressionist mark".
