Oil on canvas with a gilt wooden frame and representing dahlias, signed Louise de Goussaincourt. De Goussaincourt was a painter born in Nancy in 1849 and she exhibited landscapes and charcoal drawings at the Paris Salon from 1876 onwards. She became a Member from 1883 and died in 1921. 170 x 130 cm
