Large wooden sculpture 'pebble' with beautiful wood grains and patina. The sculpture is made of 2 pieces of solid wood. Part of the studio collection of Roland LAVIANNE (1948-2022). This collection was acquired in collaboration with 'Igmar Stuer objets anciens' (Aalst - Belgium and Paul Bert market, Paris Saint-Ouen) and @pschantiques (Paul Bert market, Paris Saint-Ouen). Length 160 x height 70 x width 115cm. Simplifying features to the extreme, Roland LAVIANNE develops a powerful play on volumes, shapes and lines, using light as a key building material.
