Round barrel, rifled bore, marked on top: Colt's Pt. FA Mfg. Co., Hartford, Ct., USA Patented Aug. 5. 1884 Nov. 6.88 Mar 5.95. and on the left side COLT. DA38. Half-moon front sight.
Tilting barrel with collective extractor, six chambers, marked RAC
Single and double action operation.
Closed frame, with RAC and LEB markings. On the buttstock, the markings are as follows: US ARMY 1896 No. 150984
Antler stock.
All parts number K984
60% original blue finish. Mirrored barrel and cylinder chambers. Excellent mechanical performance.
